This Artisan production line is suitable for a high quantity production of artisanal products on trays. It includes a tunnel proofing system with a Siemens control panel and 5 zones, after proofing the trays are transferred to the MIWE cyclo rollomat tunnel oven, it features a steel plate belt and is also touch screen controlled. Afterwards the goods are handed over to the tunnel freezing system.
