Automatic continuous-cycle chocolate tempering machine with bain-marie heating system and air cooling via refrigerant compressor. All temperatures are controlled by high-precision probes managed by a dedicated GAMI electronic board.
The machine features an 80 kg stainless steel AISI 304 bowl with integrated mixer to keep chocolate fluid and homogeneous. It is supplied with a complete enrobing system with 600 mm wire-mesh conveyor. The removable auger allows fast and thorough cleaning. Equipped with flow-stopping foot pedal and automatic start timer.
