The Mecatherm Megaline I is a complete industrial baguette production line, designed for high-capacity bakery operations. The system integrates all key stages of production, from dough preparation to packaging, ensuring efficiency, automation, and consistent product quality.
The line includes a VMI mixing system (SPI 280 ET, 1997) for dough preparation, followed by a WP intermediate proofing cabinet (FBA, 2003) with 6 rows, docking station, and long rolling station. Dough is then processed through a Foodjet dosing system (FJSP MD, 2016) and transferred via conveyor systems to the next stages of production.
The baking section consists of a Mecatherm oven system (2 FMP modules, 2003), followed by a cooling stage including step cooler and Capway step freezer. After baking and cooling, products are handled by automated transfer systems leading to counting, packaging, and quality control.
The line is completed with a Capway final proofing cabinet, product pusher, tray transport systems, tray brushing and cleaning station, vertical conveyor to counting machine, vibro-based counting system, Affelt flow-pack packaging machine, and integrated metal detector for product safety.
This fully integrated system ensures continuous operation, high productivity, and reliable industrial performance for large-scale baguette manufacturing.
