The König Industrie Rex bun line (Type T 6/5/4/3 S-I) features a head machine, portioning machine, long moulder and cutting station, and proofer with Siemens control. It includes deposition for 60 × 80 cm trays and a stamp station equipped with cutters for single strand braid and Kaiser buns, ensuring efficient and versatile production of a variety of rolls.
