The GAMI T500 is a professional, automatic chocolate tempering machine designed for continuous chocolate production. Ideal for artisan chocolatiers, pastry chefs, and commercial chocolate makers, it delivers smooth, glossy, and perfectly tempered chocolate every time.

This machine features a 45 kg stainless steel bowl with an integrated mixer that keeps chocolate fluid and homogeneous throughout the process. Melting is performed via a precise bain-marie system with liquid recirculation, while cooling is achieved using an air system powered by a refrigerant compressor. High-precision temperature probes, managed by a dedicated GAMI control board, ensure consistent results at every stage.

The T500 also includes an automatic start timer, allowing operators to schedule production and save energy. Chocolate flow is adjustable, and the machine is equipped with a flow-stopping pedal for precise dosing.

Its stainless steel auger is fully removable for fast and thorough cleaning in under 5 minutes, making it easy to switch between chocolate types. The auger is inverter-controlled for adjustable speed, allowing precise chocolate flow and dosing. At the end of the cycle, the electronic board automatically reverses the auger to empty the pipes and prevent difficult restarts.

For convenience, the T500 comes with a heated vibrating table that ensures smooth chocolate handling and reduces air bubbles, while the time-controlled dosing system guarantees consistent portioning.
