This Comas production line is perfect if you’re looking for an automatised solution to bake tarte or other cakes in aluminum moulds. It features a high capacity dough depositor, a magazine for the aluminum moulds and a stamp which ensures a perfect cake mould. The filling station will insert various types of filling, like marmelade and apple filling. Afterwards the cakes are then receiving a cover of dough with various decoration options, the upper belt and moulder is fed by a elevating belt.
