The Benier Allround is a conical rounder designed to process a wide variety of doughs, from firm pizza doughs to high-hydration, pre-fermented artisanal doughs. This versatility makes it an essential tool for industrial bakeries seeking adaptability and efficiency.
It has a production capacity of up to 4,500 pieces per hour, handling dough weights from 100 to 1,200 grams.
Constructed with a lightweight alloy cone to reduce wear, its surfaces are coated with multi-layer Teflon to minimize friction, facilitate cleaning, and protect the dough. The upper rounding tracks have a central precise adjustment, while the lower tracks are manually adjustable for different dough types.
Mounted on wheels with locking devices for easy mobility, it includes a Teflon-coated discharge hopper to ensure smooth dough transfer.
