This Rademaker croissant line is a fully automatic line capable of manufacturing multiple different weight ranges and sizes of Croissant, ranging from 32 – 117 gram. The line produces bent unfilled croissant at a capacity of up to 12.000 pcs/h depending on the chosen product size. It is easy to operate with modern Siemens controls and features all components which are needed to form your laminated dough into Croissants.
