This Werner & Pfleiderer deck oven is suitable to bake large quantities of bakery goods, it has a big baking area of almost 22m² , all while remaining compact in size. It features stainless steel covers throughout and comes with a WP digital control system. The burner is mounted on the bottom, which reduces the oven height drastically, the deck height is 197 mm – allowing you to bake a big variety of products.
