This Rondo sheeting line is designed for the industrial production of artisanal products such as Ciabatta, square buns, seeded buns and many more. It was used together with a Mecatherm Megaline II – therefore it produces very high values very efficiently and can be integrated perfectly with any following proofing and baking line.
