This VMI mixing system is designed to feed your production line continuously with dough, each mixer is capable of up to 250 kg’s of dough per charge. The bowl is taken over by the bowl lifter automatically, which then tips the bowl directly into the determined hopper. The switch cabinet with Siemens control ensures that you always have all your relevant parametres in check.
