The Trivi laminating machine is for pizza dough. It consists of a dough band former, 3x pressure rollers, cross roller, calibrator, folding station (or alternatively: dough block cutter), 2 folding stations, satellite head, flour spreader, cross roller and a cutting station. The transfer is done on paper and manual rolling up.
