This pretzel line consists of a Fortuna dough divider, a WP pre proofer, a belt distribution system, three pretzel long moulders from Fritsch and SAM as well as a Koma continuous proofer. The hourly output of the line is 8000 pretzels. It is in very good condition and will be available from autumn 2024.
