This Mecatherm production line is suitable for the production of Baguettes, it features a Benier dough divider which feeds a Mecatherm bloc make up section. After the baguettes have been placed on the trays automatically they’re going into the fully automatic step proofing system, which then hands over the trays to the 4 FTC oven modules. The oven modules can be controlled individually via a Siemens touch screen. After the oven they trays then go through the cooler towers.
