This MIWE ideal deck oven features 5 decks with a deck size of 1,8 x 2 metres – which leaves you with a baking area of 18m², suitable for high volume production. Each deck can be controlled individually with a seperate control panel on the left side, making this oven highly versatile – aditionally it is already prepared to work with a automatic loading system.
