This Wachtel deck oven plant consists of 3 Wachtel Columbus ovens with an automatic loading system, in total it features a baking surface of 54m² making it perfect for higher production values. The loading system ensures easy and fast loading and unloading times to keep up with the ovens dimensions. All 3 ovens are gas heated and feature a Wachtel display control which operates the individual oven parameters. The ovens are executed in stainless steel and have a top mounted burner to ensure easy access to the lower oven decks.
