This Fritsch production line is a high capacity industrial solution. It has a capacity of approximately 2.400 kg/s of dough per hour. It can produce a wide range of products.
It is suitable for Ciabatta, cut buns, rustic buns, seeded buns and many more artisanal products. It comes with a variety of tools, all proven to work flawlessly inside this line. The specially designed proofer allows you to use some of the area underneath, to store trolleys or other goods. After the proofer the products are headed inside the WP Megador thermo oil oven – it’s different zones and excellent controls make it perfect for this kind of line.
