This Koma combination proofing and freezing plant consists of 4 intermediate proofers and 1 freezing cell, offering a lot of space for your needs. It has been previously used to accomodate 600 x 800 mm rack oven trolleys and is equipped accordlingly with barriers on the inside in order to store them safely. Each cell has an individual digital control panel, offering maximum flexibility .
