The thermal oil oven Daub Hanseat Automat has two decks and a baking area of 60 m². It offers sufficient space for the production of large quantities of baked goods. The oven has 3 temperature zones and allows separate control of top and bottom heat for precise baking. In addition, a 5-tier proofing cabinet is integrated, providing optimal conditions for dough fermentation. It is controlled by a Siemens Simatic touch panel.
