This Wachtel infra CE deck oven is the perfect addition if you’re looking for a decently sized deck oven for your production. It features touch screen control and a deck width of 1.200 mm, making it suitable to put 4 trays (600 x 800 mm) in each deck. The bottom deck is retractable and a little bit higher than the rest, making it ideal to bake bread. It comes with and extraction hood and has only been in production since 2017.
