Rack oven – MIWE – RI/FO 60/60

The MIWE rack oven RI-1FO 60/60 is a special model from the year of manufacture 2001 and offers a baking surface of approx. 6.5 m². The oven is designed for a room height of 2970 mm and is heated with oil. The special model consists of a Weishaupt burner unit and a CS screen control, which allows intuitive operation and accurate control of the baking processes. The door hinge is DIN left and the water drain is located at the back to ensure safe and hygienic work in the bakery. In addition, the MIWE RI-1FO 60/60 rack oven has an entry ramp and a MIWE extraction hood roll-in. The extraction hood is 470 mm high and has a projection/depth of 700 mm. The special model is designed without MIWE lettering and has a voltage of 400/230V; 3/N/PE and a frequency of 50 Hz.
