This new GEMM retarder proofer cabinet, including a 12-month warranty, is designed for one trolley (600 x 800 mm). It features a temperature range of -5 to +40 °C and a modular structure with 80 mm thick panels. With an integrated ramp and constructed entirely from stainless steel, it offers adjustable humidity from 60 to 90 %. The indirect and soft ventilation ensures optimal conditions. The trolley is not included. The cabinet is delivered assembled and has external dimensions of 96 x 117 x 240 cm (WxDxH).
