this croissant line is perfect for the industrial production of filled or unfilled croissants. It starts directly after the lamination section and begins with a complete make up line consisting mainly of Rondo and Fritsch parts, after this the already finished croissants are transfered to a Kaak proofing spiral – which then hands them over to a Kaak freezing spiral afterwards. After freezing, the products are transferred to a Ilapak vertical flowpacking machine. The line ends with carton packaging, it has been used with 5 row configuration previously and has been in production until the mid of July 2023.
